The Synthetic Dream Foundation is an independent Artist/Composer that specializes in experimental ebm music and experimental classical music. Being "independent" means that I have opted to maintain full ownership of my art/music instead of selling the rights to my work to any of the growing, capitalistic companies which most successful artists have sold their rights to. This also, unfortunately, means that I don't have the big advertising budgets that most of my colleagues in the art industries have. Although I have been offered record contracts by prominent EBM lablesin the past, I have opted to forgoe that avenue in an attempt to reatain full ownership of all my artwork. This allows me much more creative freedom and the ability to be involved with whatever projects speak most keenly to my heart. This makes all the promotional work that my fans and myself do for me all the more important and precious. There are many ways to help promote my artwork and music, that take only minutes to accomplish and can help bring my work to a larger audience. Any of the following are things which can be done in minutes and would be greatly appreciated:

1. Word of mouth is by far the most powerful way you can help out my project. If you like my work, please tell your friends about my site.

2. Next time you are on a message board dealing with art or music, make a new thread with just a quick sentence about my project, and most importantly add a link to my page on this thread. There are lots of message boards dealing with ebm music, experimental music, idm music, classical music, that a link could expose my work to others on. This takes literally, less than a minute, and can expose my work to hundreds of new people.

3. Add "The synthetic dream foundation" as an "interest" in your online journal/photoblog, etc. Some of these even allow you to add your personal favorite links.....just add a link to my homepage.

4. Request my music on your local goth industrial techno ambient classical ebm music radio stations, clubs, and internet radio stations. Its important for DJ's to hear that people are interested in my work, as I don't have record label PR teams constantly contacting these people on my behalf. This is one of the most important things you can do to help me out, and is also the least time consuming........it takes literally seconds.

5. Add a link to my homepage from any websites that you currently own or operate.

6. You may also use any pictures on my website as graphics on your own website, as long as TSDF is mentioned and a link to my homepage is clearly in display next to the image.
